By using Liquid, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Platform Use
   a. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
   b. You agree to submit only legally obtained, valid gift cards.
   c. We reserve the right to reject or reverse any transaction if fraud is suspected.
2. Payouts
   a. Approved transactions are paid out within 24–48 hours (sealed cards) or faster (open cards, if verified).
   b. Payouts are sent via Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or bank transfer.
   c. All payouts are final once sent.
3. Commissions & Rates
   a. Liquid sets exchange rates and commissions, which may vary based on market demand.
   b. All rates are clearly communicated before a transaction is confirmed.
4. Prohibited Use
   You may not:
   a. Submit stolen or unauthorized cards.
   b. Tamper with or manipulate payout systems.
   c. Impersonate another user or submit fraudulent information
5. Account Suspension
   We may suspend or terminate access if:
   a. We detect suspicious or harmful activity.
   b. You breach these terms.
6. Disclaimer
   Liquid is not responsible for:
   a. Lost or damaged mail-in cards.
   b. Delays caused by 3rd party services.
   c. Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user
7. Changes to These Terms
   a. We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify users via email or on-site banner if material changes occur.
